The General Assembly of the Jordanian General Company for Silos and Supply held its twenty-first regular meeting on Thursday, corresponding to 4/13/2023 at the company's headquarters in Amman, headed by Dr. Anwar Al-Ajarmeh. At the beginning of the meeting, the chairman of the session, Dr. Anwar Al-Ajarmah, welcomed the attendees in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors, thanking him for accepting the invitation to attend the regular general assembly of the company. The Chairman of the Board of Directors also gave an explanation of the results of the company’s business and reviewed its performance for the year 2022 and the increase in its revenues and profits, as the company achieved profits amounting to (5,208,957) dinars, compared to what it was by 2,553,890 dinars for the year 2021. 2022 The Commissioner of the General Assembly of the company commented on the financial results of the company for the year 2022 and praised the efforts of the Board of Directors and the executive management and the results achieved by the company. After that, the agenda was started and the financial statements for the year 2022 were approved. The General Assembly also agreed to donate an amount of one hundred thousand Jordanian dinars to establish a specialized center for civil defense In the port of Aqaba and within its social responsibility as it is one of the most important centers specialized in maintaining the safety of the port. The company is looking forward to more achievements to be the most important component of food security in Jordan.
