Audit Bureau Report Shows Silos and Supply Company Achieved Net Profits of 2.4 Million Dinars in 2024

The latest report issued by the Audit Bureau shows that the Jordan Silos and Supply Company achieved positive financial results during 2024, with net profits reaching approximately 2.4 million Jordanian dinars, according to its audited budget and financial reports.

This positive financial performance is a result of the strategic role played by the Jordan Silos and Supply Company as the secure storage arm for the strategic reserves of grains and essential commodities, in coordination with the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply, in managing and providing these vital materials to the local market.

This performance is attributed to the diversification of the company's operational activities, which include grain storage and milling, leasing refrigerated and dry warehouses, and handling and unloading operations at the Port of Aqaba, which directly contributed to enhancing the efficiency of the supply chain and ensuring the sustainable availability of essential goods. These activities contribute to supporting national food security and enhancing operational readiness to address various circumstances and challenges, within the framework of the company's strategic and operational plan. This plan focuses on improving operational efficiency, maximizing the utilization of available assets, and achieving a balance between national responsibility and financial sustainability.

This performance reflects the success of the Jordan Silos and Supply General Company in fulfilling its pivotal role within the Kingdom's food security system, while also achieving positive financial results that strengthen its sustainability and economic role.
